2. Once you confirm your age, toggle between pickup and delivery on the first screen you see. Select “delivery” and enter your address. If it’s not your first time visiting our website (welcome back!), head to the very top of the site to click the Pickup/Delivery button.
   
   
3. Once you’ve entered your address and hit “select” to choose delivery, the menu is ready to take your delivery order. Navigate to the “Shop All” section to browse the full Travel Agency menu, or whichever category you’re interested in, and add the products you want to your cart.
   
   
4. When you’re done, click or tap the cart icon on the bottom of your screen to see your cart and then click proceed to checkout. At this stage, you’ll confirm your birthdate, payment info, and desired delivery day/time. Make sure the information you put into this form matches your government-issued ID, as we have to check your ID to verify your purchase and hand off your order.
   
   
5. When that’s complete, click or tap Place Order and you’ll be brought to the payment interface where you’ll be able to verify you’re of age and use a card to pay.

Who delivers my order?

When you order delivery from our store, you may notice a different company logo on the bag. Doobie is The Travel Agency’s very own delivery courier and our sole delivery provider. So when your order arrives and you see Doobie’s logo instead of The Travel Agency, it’s OK: Doobie is our official, exclusive delivery service.

How do you pay for a cannabis delivery order in NYC?

All cannabis deliveries in NYC must be prepaid with a card online or over the phone when the order is placed. Cash payments are not accepted.

Do you need to show ID to get your cannabis delivery order?

Yes. You must prove that you are of legal age (21+) to make a cannabis purchase of any kind in New York. In addition to confirming your age online at the point of purchase, you can also expect an additional identification check to be carried out when your delivery arrives. Valid forms of identification for cannabis delivery include:

These deliveries can be made to private residences and private businesses anywhere in New York State. Deliveries cannot be made on school grounds, including college campuses. Deliveries also may not be made to anyone inside a vehicle.

The Travel Agency currently delivers throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, and parts of Queens. However, we are very quickly expanding our delivery territory.
